Once solidified, it becomes a 100% pure food ingredient that can be combined with cacao powder, cacao butter, and a sweetener of your choice such as agave syrup, raw honey, or maple syrup.
Our cacao is grown in its original habitat using sustainable farming practices that promote favourable living conditions for farmers and their families. This cacao is cultivated in its natural habitat in the Amazon region of Peru. It is a single-origin Criollo variety cacao traditionally used in contemporary cacao ceremonies.
