Sunshine Coast - Events
Located on the Sunshine Coast in Alexandra Headlands, these events are facilitated by Naturopath & Nutritionist Stacey Foat (Balanced Babes) and Trent Parry (Balanced Blokes) – Breathwork Practitioner. Together they are the ‘Balanced Couple’ and specialise in bringing people together in an easy going, safe environment to facilitate your healing and connect with others in an easy going fun manner, bridging the gap between ‘Spirituality and Science’.
Stacey & Trent’s passion is ‘connection’, with others and ‘self’ by helping others to find love or fall back in love by first healing the relationship you have with yourself.
Workshops and Events include a range of activities from Ice Bath Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Hot Magnesium Bath, Breathwork, Education, child friendly events, connection with others and shared meals.

‘The Long Breathe’ – Sunday 26th May 7.30am to 9.30am/10am
A 2.5hr healing session with Ice Bath Therapy, followed by a brief Magnesium Bath +Infrared Sauna, then moving into a Sacred Raphe Ceremony and long 90-minute Breathwork & Guided integration with accompanying frequency healing. Fruit platter and sharing circle to close the ceremony.

Pricing Guide
Alexandra Headland Location: Starts from $300 for 10 people or less. $30 per head additional charge for any person after 10. Maximum of 20 people
90minute session: includes Breathwork, Ice Bath Therapy, Mag Bath, Infrared Sauna, Cacao Ceremony. Flexibility with what is included
Events in your own Private Location (backyards, properties, wedding venues, offices, gyms etc)
Prices start from $550 for 10 people or less, additional charge of $35 per head after that
Price includes travel allowance, portable ice bath use + the supply of Ice
*Long distance travel may incur additional fee’s
*No infrared sauna or Mag bath option available for offsite locations
Additional Charges for Rapeh plant medicine ceremony and Longer Breathwork sessions
