Gentoo Glass Water Filter Overview
The Gentoo Glass Water Filter offers a variety of great features as a benchtop water filter glass jug. It includes a cartridge exchange indicator and holds up to 1.5 litres of water in a BPA (Bisphenol A)-free glass jug. Additionally, the resilient, safe glass material (hand-blown borosilicate glass) provides durability, reusability, and a toxin-free solution, delivering an endless supply of life water rich in essential minerals.
It’s perfect for dinners, outdoor BBQs, and picnics! Moreover, this water purifier uses energised ceramic, activated carbon, and calcium ionised clay. The Gentoo’s breakthrough filters use a 6-stage highly effective filtration process to remove unwanted substances from your water, leaving only the nutrients you need. Therefore, the fresh, filtered water improves hydration by micro-clustering and reducing water molecule size, helping your body absorb water faster and more effectively. You should replace the filter cartridge every 3 months or after filtering 600 litres of water—whichever comes first.
We commit to promoting a healthier environment. Furthermore, we take pride in crafting convenient, sustainable solutions that work for your lifestyle. Our filtration process uses natural elements to create odourless, smooth, crisp water. As a result, our reusable glass jug lets you enjoy pure, great-tasting water again and again.
Good for your health. Good for the environment.
Usage Instructions
Use only ecobud® Gentoo replacement filters.
Do not overfill the jug.
Do not use for long-term storage. Since water loses alkalinity when exposed to air, contents should be consumed within 24 hours.
If you won’t use your Gentoo Glass Water Filter for an extended time (e.g. holidays), remove the filter cartridge, discard any remaining water, and store the jug in a cool, dry place. Before using the product again, follow the filter conditioning process and repeat steps if necessary.
Do not expose the filter to liquids other than water.
ecobud® filters are designed for use only with municipally treated tap water or water from private supplies tested safe to drink.
ecobud® uses granulated activated carbon made from coconut shells. Like any natural product, this may result in slight abrasions of small carbon particles into the filtered water. These small black particles are food grade and safe if consumed. If you see them, ecobud® recommends rinsing and vigorously shaking the filter under running water until they disappear.
Individual results may vary depending on water quality source.

Do not place the jug or filter in the freezer or microwave.
