Healing Clay | Zeolite | 1kg is a natural microporous mineral of volcanic origin, rich in silicon and traditionally used to support detoxification and skin health. There are more than 100 types of Zeolite; however, Clinoptilolite Zeolite is considered the best quality and safest for health purposes.
Zeolite has been used for natural detoxification since ancient times. It is known for its effective pollutant-binding properties.
It selectively binds harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, aluminium, ammonium, and histamines in the gastrointestinal tract. Acting like a sponge, it removes these pollutants without affecting nutrient absorption. For this reason, Zeolite is used to relieve the liver by detoxifying the intestinal tract. It is also traditionally used for allergies (linked to high histamines), skin rashes, and other toxicity-related conditions.
Using Zeolite
Zeolite can be taken internally to support detoxification and chemical elimination.
Take 1 teaspoon up to 3 times daily, mixed with a glass of water. This form of Zeolite is also available in capsule form.
Alternatively, you can add Zeolite to bath water to help draw toxins out through the skin.
Place 1 heaped tablespoon in the bath.
You can also make a paste and apply it topically to rashes or high-toxicity areas. For example, under the armpits where lymph nodes are concentrated—this is especially helpful when you are unwell.
The paste can also be applied to problem areas where your body struggles to shift fat or cellulite. Zeolite draws toxins out of fat cells, making them easier to burn for energy. This works best when combined with an infrared sauna.
A Zeolite mask can be used on the face or acne-prone areas.
It can also be applied over the womb area for those struggling with cysts, fibroids, or endometrial growth.
I have personally used and recommended the two brands pictured here for many years in my clinic to treat allergies, skin rashes, and support detoxification.
Purchasing powder is a much more cost-effective way to use Zeolite.
