  • Avoid stimulating activities before bed
  • Put your smartphone, iPad or laptop away at least half an hour before you plan to go to sleep
  • Drink a cup of Chamomile, Passion flower or Lemon balm herbal tea
  • Listen to a guided meditation
  • Difuse Doterra Lavender oil in your bedroom at night
  • Have a relaxing hot bath before bed, with epson salts and Lavender essential oil
  • Utilise any of the key products for Anxiety, take 1-2 tablets, 1 hour before bed
  • Avoid stimulants such as caffeine, soft drink, coffee, alcohol and sugar before bed
  • Massage Magnesium oil into your feet
